Your order hasn't been shipped yet due to one of the two reasons below:

1. Your order is scheduled for shipping today

Your order is being packed and prepared for shipping today but the shipping label hasn't been created yet. You should receive the shipping confirmation with tracking details by 2 pm PT (at the latest) on the day your order ships. Please reach out to us if you haven't received a shipping confirmation email by 2 pm PT.

2. Your order is not scheduled to be shipped today

Your order is scheduled for a future delivery date (you've picked a future delivery date while placing your order online - you may see the date in your order confirmation email in the notes section), and it will be shipped a day before your chosen delivery date, then you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

Lastly, if your order was placed after our same-day shipping cut-off time (1 pm PT), it is scheduled to be shipped the following shipping day (shipping days are Monday through Thursday).
